Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the Nightteer Platform

Nightteer reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time and for any reason.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Nightteer:

• Users whose accounts were previously closed due to security violations.

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500

• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If you wish to withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be met first.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by a third party.

• In Sports Betting, the official event result is considered final.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to hack the system.

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.

• Attempting to pass KYC using a false identity or fraudulent information.

🔐9. Account Closure

You may close your own account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.
